Situé en plein cœur de Paris, dans le quartier en mutation des Halles, La Cave du Vin 9 propose une nouvelle vision du bar à vin, haut de gamme et accessible.

Les matériaux sont bruts, et renvoient à la notion naturelle et raffinée du vin : béton ciré, acier inoxydable, pierre naturelle, miroir et verre. 

Une des innovations de ce lieu consiste en un bar dont la structure est faite de verre collé aux ultraviolets, et rehaussé d'un plateau en Corian rétro-éclairé. Cet élément, couplé à la grande image murale - du vin versé et traité de façon presque abstraite - devient un signal fort et visible depuis la rue.

Le tout forme une image globale oscillant entre l'argenté, le blanc lumineux et le rouge profond.

Located in the very heart of Paris, in the ever-changing district of Les Halles, La Cave a Vin 9 offers a new vision of wine bars - high-end yet within reach. 

Materials used are raw and reflect the natural yet refined, inherent qualities of wine itself: polished concrete, stainless steel, natural stone, mirror and glass.

One of this project's innovative aspects is that the bar's structure is made of UV-fused glass, raised by a backlit Corian top. This element, as well as the large abstract mural displaying spilled wine, sends a strong signal that is visible from the street.

The whole unit provides an overall image of fluctuating bright white and silver colours.
